Job Description

We are seeking a driven Appointment Setter to expand our reach and secure opportunities for collaboration and growth. This role offers the chance to make a substantial impact by connecting our co-founders with key industry players through effective communication and strategic outreach. The earning potential in this role is significant, reflecting the pivotal part you play in our business development efforts. If you are a proactive individual with a knack for initiating conversations and building relationships, this opportunity will allow you to leverage your skills in a vibrant, international business setting.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Utilise cold calling, cold emailing, and job boards to identify and engage potential clients in our target industries.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and set appointments for co-founders with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and professional handoff.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain a database of client interactions and follow up on potential leads to facilitate the sales process.
  • Communication Management: Effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients, articulating how we can meet their needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs to tailor outreach strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on appointment setting activities and outcomes to enhance future efforts.

  • Organisational Skills: Efficiently manages call schedules, follows up on leads, and keeps accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
