Job Description

The Web Analytics Specialist will manage and optimise web analytics tools, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. This role is critical in helping our clients understand their digital performance and make data-driven decisions to lead to optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Create and maintain reports in Looker, providing actionable insights.
Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking to ensure accurate data.
Analyse website performance data and provide insights to improve overall digital strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience in web analytics or a related field.
Expertise in GTM, GA4, and Looker.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication skills to present findings to clients and team members.
