Job Description

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist (B2B SaaS) to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience driving results for B2B companies across Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Facebook Ads. If you're a results-driven and detail-oriented professional who wants to work for an agency in an exciting growth phase within the B2B SaaS industry, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. You'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns, driving lead generation, client success, and measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management - Plan, create, and execute paid media campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads for B2B SaaS clients.
  • Performance Optimization - Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Reporting and Insights - Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with the founder and team to align campaign strategies with client goals.
  • Tool Utilization - Use tools like HubSpot to track and manage campaign performance (a plus but not required).
 

Minimum Qualifications

  • B2B SaaS Experience - Demonstrated experience working with B2B SaaS companies (preferred but exceptions made for strong candidates).
  • Facebook and Google Ads Experience - 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on these platforms.
  • LinkedIn Ads (Preferred) - Experience running LinkedIn Ads would be ideal.
  • Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Self-Motivation and Collaboration - Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • LinkedIn Ads Experience - Familiarity with managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • HubSpot Experience - Knowledge of HubSpot or similar tools for campaign tracking.
