Role Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our client's team. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Tracking - Monitor shipments and assist customers with inquiries related to delivery status or product issues.
  • Problem Resolution - Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance - Contribute to maintaining the company's commitment to quality by providing feedback on product performance and customer experiences.
  • Team Collaboration - Work effectively with other team members to ensure consistent and excellent customer service across all channels.
 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience - Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions.
  • Adaptability - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Product Knowledge - Interest in or knowledge of home decor and lighting products is a plus.
